WHAT’S IN THE 6WEEK HOME BOOTY PLAN?
IT’S A TOTAL BODY WORKOUT PLAN:
3 days of booty growing, leg strengthening
3 days of ab tightening and toning
3 days of upper body strengthening and toning
REQUIRED: minimal equipment, minimal space, about 1 hour/day for 6 days/week.
APPROPRIATE for beginner to intermediate fitness bunnies, I provide a private Youtube link for every exercise and stretch where I thoroughly explain technique and offer modifications, if you ever need extra help please email me and I'd love to help
YOU WILL SWEAT AND YOU WILL GET A GREAT WORKOUT
Also included: science-based formulas for calculating the minimum protein, carbs, and fats you need to reach your goals (whether it’s to lose weight and still grow your booty, maintain weight and strengthen+tone your booty, or not worry about gaining a little weight as long as you gain maximum muscle)
