Refund policy

ALL SALE ITEMS or PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL.

NO REFUNDS on EBOOKS or electronic products that were downloadable.

FULL REFUNDS (for full priced physical items) will only be issued if there are NO SIGNS OF WEAR OR TEAR (wrinkles, markings, smells etc) AND must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer (customer must pay for their own return shipping costs in full). If there are signs of wear or tear, no refund will be provided. Eligible refunds will be sent back to the original form of payment. Please check with your institution for best estimated times of receipt of refunds.
