How do I pick which resistance level is right for me?
If you want to transform your glutes, I strongly recommend the complete set. I personally own a range of 14-100lbs of resistance. No matter which booty exercise you choose, you will have a band that is never too easy and never too hard. The Pink band is for the beginner AND excellent for glute activations. Most beginners will be able to get to the Blue band fairly quickly, but even after you grow stronger, you may refer to this for trying new exercises safely or for exercises that require wide stances. At the very least, you want to start with these two bands. When you are using the Lavender band consistently (2-3 times/week ideally), you will start noticing major changes in your booty and legs, and you'll find yourself sweating more than ever before. By the time you use the Rainbow band regularly with perfect form, you will have completely transformed your glutes.
